5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless stated otherwise in relation to a specific promotion or product. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits set by the relevant payment provider and the Company's internal limits, which may vary by account tier.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.
5.4 Third-Party Funding. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the henyai20 account holder. Funding an account using a third party's payment method is prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
henyai20 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions on the Platform.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will be unable to initiate a withdrawal until verification is approved.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a withdrawal request includes funds derived from bonus credits, the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus must be fully met before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real-money deposits that were not used to activate a bonus are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to standard identity and fraud checks.
6.3 Processing Times. henyai20 targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests from verified accounts:
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by membership tier. Diamond and Royal Black Diamond tier members are subject to individually agreed limits managed by their account manager.
6.5 Withdrawal Method Consistency. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The Company reserves the right to request verification of alternative withdrawal methods before processing.
henyai20 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotional credits (including Deepavali, Hari Raya, and Chinese New Year promotions). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of 10–15 times the bonus amount on eligible games before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is displayed on the promotion's detail page.
7.2 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards fulfilment. Live casino table games, RNG table games, and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active does not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to a time limit from the date of credit. The standard expiry window is 7 calendar days from bonus activation unless otherwise specified. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the expiry window will be forfeited without notice.
7.4 One Bonus Per Household. Only one bonus of any given promotional type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method, irrespective of the number of individual accounts associated with that household or device.
7.5 VIP Programme. The henyai20 VIP Programme operates across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Tier progression is based on cumulative monthly turnover. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the henyai20 sportsbook and casino products. Product-specific rules (for example, rules governing Mix Parlay wagers on Liga Super Malaysia matches, or live in-play betting on EPL fixtures) are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Confirmation of acceptance is displayed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the Member after acceptance except where the Platform expressly permits cancellation within a defined window.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by product, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. The Company reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Error Correction. In the event that a wager is accepted due to a manifest error (including incorrect odds, incorrectly listed event details, or system pricing errors), the Company reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's account balance. Winnings generated from manifest errors are not payable.
8.4 Match Integrity. henyai20 cooperates with sports integrity authorities and reserves the right to suspend payouts and conduct a full investigation where there is reasonable suspicion that the outcome of an event on which bets have been placed may have been subject to manipulation or irregular activity. Bets associated with confirmed match-fixing investigations may be declared void.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, henyai20 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit henyai20's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 Company-Initiated Suspension. henyai20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or suspension, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus credits and any associated winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds and winnings not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned in accordance with the Company's standard payout procedures following completion of any investigation.
henyai20 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.1.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain familiar with the current version. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested from our customer support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which henyai20 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable to the jurisdiction under which henyai20 holds its operating licence. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, henyai20 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction in respect of matters involving breach of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
